The house was built in the 1950’s by the NSW Government architect of the day as a gift for his wife. In 2000 The Shipton Group purchased the property and completed a renovation to a very high standard which comprised 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, wine cellar and generous living areas. Landscaping included an olive grove and lavenders.
