In early 1990’s Bill Shipton & Jose De la Vega approached the NSW Government for permission to submit a proposal for re-development of the Finger Wharf, Woolloomooloo.
A permit was granted to submit full documentation on a competitive basis. Expression of Interest were called to the public of which our submission was successful. After DA approval the project was on-sold to Multiplex and Walker Corporation. Today the Finger Wharf is one of the top 3 attractions on Sydney Harbour.
