BONDI PACIFIC TOWER & TERRACES

In the 1980’s The Shipton Group purchased the Knox Avenue site and the existing dilapidated tower hotel from Waverley Council and a private owner. The development approval was duly granted and comprised 72 apartments and studio units. The 2 buildings were connected via a tunnel. The project was completed under 3 years. Today, they are highly sought after and command record breaking prices.
